So Very Grateful

Make a list of ALL the things I have been grateful for this year? That would be impossible. I am so blessed. My heart is so full. I have so much to be incredibly grateful for. I couldn’t possibly write them all down, and I couldn’t possibly expect anyone to read the whole list if I did!

3 Helpful Habits that Improved My Mental Health This Year

In the past I have had to be very intentional about the methods and activities I have engaged in to help my mental health thrive. Over the course of this year, I found I was spending much less time thinking about this and more time just living it!
