Spring cleaning. It’s that time of year when garage doors open, rakes come out, closets get decluttered, and floors are polished to a sparkling shine… well, in theory, anyway! It would be great if we could just keep our homes and our worlds clean and uncluttered all year round, but the reality is that life … Continue reading Spring Cleaning of the Soul

A huge part of my mental health recovery journey has always been identifying … Continue reading 4 Lies that I Believe About Myself

Guest Post: 5 Benefits of Writing for Mental Health by Talasi Guerra
Life has been crazy these past few weeks, but I am finally getting around to sharing a guest post that I wrote for River-Moose-Reads back at the beginning of April! Click on “View original post” at the bottom of the box below to read the entire article. Enjoy!
5 Benefits of Writing for Mental Health

Sink or Swim? …I think I’ll Swim
I sat down earlier to write a blog, but the words just weren’t coming. I had no inspiration, no direction. I felt like I didn’t have a story to tell today; there was nothing to report. It was a good day. I was tired, but satisfied. That was all. But that wouldn’t have made much … Continue reading Sink or Swim? …I think I’ll Swim
