I am so thankful for my physical health. I really don’t say that often enough. But it’s true. I have been unbelievably blessed with very good health for many years, and I am so deeply grateful.

So Very Grateful
Make a list of ALL the things I have been grateful for this year? That would be impossible. I am so blessed. My heart is so full. I have so much to be incredibly grateful for. I couldn’t possibly write them all down, and I couldn’t possibly expect anyone to read the whole list if I did!
Merry Christ-Mess
When Jesus came, it was messy. He didn’t come to this earth in a seamless, spotless regal procession. He came as a baby, born in dirty, smelly surroundings, during a time long before modern medicine existed.
10 Things I am Thankful For Today
I’m so very exhausted right now! And I certainly don’t feel like blogging. But I also know that spending a bit of time writing would help with my mood and my focus. It’s Why I’m Here
It’s been a crazy week. I’ve pretty much been working around the clock since I returned from holidays two Mondays ago. Easter Gratitude
Happy Easter! I simply had to share this video because it is beyond cute and it makes me really happy! But I can also understand this little girl's confusion about how Jesus and the Easter Bunny fit together, when there seem to be two very different messages on what Easter is about coming at children … Continue reading Easter Gratitude
When You Crash and Burn but Win Anyway!
So yesterday was one of those crash and burn kind of days where one tiny little thing triggered my anxiety just before lunch, and I spent the rest of the work day dealing with immense angst and physical discomfort. It was so uncontrollable. I tried deep breathing and prayer. I tried taking a break and … Continue reading When You Crash and Burn but Win Anyway!
Sink or Swim? …I think I’ll Swim
I sat down earlier to write a blog, but the words just weren’t coming. I had no inspiration, no direction. I felt like I didn’t have a story to tell today; there was nothing to report. It was a good day. I was tired, but satisfied. That was all. But that wouldn’t have made much … Continue reading Sink or Swim? …I think I’ll Swim
